You can bring your loved pet to us or you can take your loved pet to your preferred vet.

*Please call ahead to make sure a staff member is at the crematory to take in your loved pet.

 

Pet cremation can be performed individually or in a group. When done separately, it is known as private cremation, wherein your loved pet is  in the cremation chamber (retort) alone. The intense heat reduces the body to its basic elements with dried bone fragments. So, the cremains containing shards and pieces are pulverized to get a white to darker grey powder of uniform consistency. (very fine like sand or powder) 

 In communal cremation, the process involves the cremation of animals together in a group in the same chamber or retort. Ashes will not be returned to owner but are spread on the property of the crematory. 

Can I bring my pet to you myself? 

Yes, you may bring your pet to us yourself after notifying our office (we make daily runs, it works better to call first to make sure someone is at the office). We are located in Royse City, 4853 CR 2656.  

 What if my vet clinic does not use Companion Care Cremation Services?

Most vet clinics will honor your request to use CCCS if you make that known up front. CCCS will pick up at any vet clinic in the Royse City and surrounding  area (within 20 miles)  during normal business hours at no charge, we just ask that you make it clear to the clinic that CCCS will pick up and either yourself or the clinic is responsible for calling CCCS.

Does CCCS provide in-home euthanasia?

Can I put the cremation on a payment plan once my pet has died?

No. 

Payment is due at time of services. 

However, you can use a care credit card at your local vet clinic (if they accept care credit) for cremation services. Please call CCCS for a list of clinics that we service that accept care credit.
