Compassionate Care for Your Beloved Pets.
At Companion Care Cremation Services (CCCS), we understand how deeply pets touch our lives and how hard it is to say goodbye. Founded by Nicole Woolly and Dr. Rhonda Phillips-Black, along with their husbands, CCCS was created to support pet owners with dignity, respect, and compassion during times of loss.
We provide professional on-site cremation services and now offer euthanasia services—either in the comfort and privacy of your home or in our cozy, peaceful office.
Our goal is to help both you and your pet find peace and comfort in this difficult time.
Nicole Woolly – Owner & Operator
Nicole is a former veterinary technician with over 20 years of experience at various clinics, most recently at Country Friends in Royse City, before opening Companion Care Cremation Services in August 2019. Nicole is dedicated to her family, her son’s sporting events, the Dallas Cowboys, and of course, her pets. She shares her home with Harley, Brittney Spears (a bloodhound), and Auggie the poodle—but cats remain her ultimate favorite.
Dr. Rhonda Phillips-Black, DVM – Owner & Veterinarian
Dr. Rhonda, as most call her, has been a veterinarian for over 35 years, graduating from OSU. She previously owned Country Friends Vet Clinic, which she sold in 2012, and continues to work in clinics as a relief veterinarian, perform surgeries, and provide euthanasia services at Companion Care. In her (rare!) free time, she enjoys her grandbabies, cheering on the Kansas City Royals, and caring for her diverse herd of animals, which includes a bulldog, goats, a horse, cats, and ducks.
Jayd – Assistant Manager
Jayd is a recent college graduate. We are so proud of her! She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and happy to answer any questions you may have. Jayd shares her life with her well-behaved dog, Shooter, who sometimes comes to work to comfort grieving pet owners.

Please be aware that we will not have a veterinarian available from August 26 through September 9.
During this time, we will be unable to provide euthanasia services or other services that require a veterinarian. We understand how difficult and time-sensitive end-of-life decisions can be, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or added stress this may cause.
If your pet is in need of euthanasia or urgent veterinary care during these dates please contact another provider.
